Since burgers and shakes go together like a moth to a flame I thought I'd share my Ferrero Rocher milkshake recipe for this week's sweet treat. I will warn you though, this bad boy is decadent enough to be a dessert on its own! Especially with the ice cream I use for it...

Ingredients:
6 Ferrero Rochers
5 Large Scoops of Kelly's Clotted Cream Vanilla Ice Cream (or your respective vanilla ice cream of choice)
Whole Milk
Whipped Cream
I can't remember my exact chocolate sauce recipe - I don't really measure things out when I cook. So here is a link to a simple chocolate sauce recipe if you want to add it in both the serving glass and on top of the whipped cream as I did!
Method:
In a food processor, blitz up the Ferrero Rochers until the nuts and wafer become fine and the chocolate forms a smooth paste.
In a plastic measuring jug, add this paste along with the ice-cream and blend using a hand blender.
Stop midway to add your desired amount of milk - some people like their milkshakes extra thick, some don't so cater to your preference! Blend once more and ensure there are no unblended lumps of ice-cream in the jug.
(optional) In your serving glass, coat the sides with chocolate sauce (you can use a squeeze bottle and form a drip effect if desired).
Pour in your milkshake and top with whipped cream. Add some more chocolate sauce if desired and plonk a whole Ferrero Rocher into the whipped cream for a little treat!
Bon appetite!
