To me, cooking is a therapeutic act of self-care. I never feel stressed in the kitchen, only enticed by all the possible directions my imagination can take a pile of ingredients. I am constantly trying new things, cooking with new ingredients, and refining my culinary skills. And, as I am renewing my fitness journey, I am persistent in finding new ways of making healthy meals interesting.
I know that not everybody views cooking in the same light, and my mission is to make cooking easy and simple by sharing some of my recipes and tips, which will hopefully make putting together meals and understanding flavour combinations a little easier for any beginners.
